NTO Commercial founder, Dan Hansen, was a former VP for one of the largest general contractors in the nation before starting his own company. He started NTO as a way to offer the combination of his experience and stellar customer service to clients. At NTO Commercial, we take pride in our ability to work closely with our clients, and to understand and meet their goals.
NTO was named after Dan's journey from Nebraska to Texas, via Oklahoma, and it serves as a reminder of his roots. With nearly 25 years of local construction experience, the team at NTO looks forward to building your future.

Creating a Culture of Giving Back
In addition to his active work in the Fort Worth community, Dan is passionate about giving back to the next generation of construction students at Oklahoma University, where he serves on the Construction Student Advisory Board. There he helps the guide curriculum to meet the current needs of the industry.
He also sponsored the creation of the BIM/Viz Lab at Oklahoma University for the College of Architecture as a way to make sure students were exposed to the latest in industry technology. BIM stands for Building Information Modeling and Visualization and uses technology that is adapted from the gaming industry to make it easier for students to examine the layout of building designs and systems in the modeling phase of the project. |
